We cannot guarantee that the items on this site are in stock at any given time. If an item is purchased that is not available in our inventory, we will contact you within an appropriate time frame and refund you in full.

Information and prices relating to products is subject to change without notice. In the event that a material error is identified with regards to an outstanding order, we will inform you of the corrected version of the mistake. You will be able to either accept the corrected version of the mistake or cancel the order. In the event that payment has already been made for a purchase, Woldad (Pty) Ltd t/a 42nd Street will refund you with the amount of the purchase.
SHIPPING
All items over R500 qualify for free shipping will be sent with a courier at the discretion of Woldad (Pty) Ltd t/a 42nd Street.
PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard via Payfast as well as Direct Bank Transfer(EFT).
WARRANTY
No items qualify for a warranty.
CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY
Card transactions will be acquired for Woldad (Pty) Ltd t/a 42nd Street via Payfast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
SEVERABILITY
